This is your room service menu - get it? And you thought this wasn't for you — a beautiful cinematic room, curated and tasteful styling, the premium concept, the experienced design point of view; the kind of thing that seemed to live behind glass, made for someone else. Here's the secret nobody tells you: there are ways around the six figure price tag. At Twin Palms we’re lifting the velvet rope on luxury interior design - and you’re on the list.

Peruse the menu and see what strikes your fancy - any questions, or to make an order, please contact reception.

Kindly note: grey is never on the menu.

Aperetif - The Palette • £40

The smallest, loveliest way to begin. Tell me a little about you and your space, and I'll send back a personalised colour palette and a written point of view, made just for you — the first taste of your technicolour life. Yours to keep, pin up, and build a room around.

No. 01 — The Design Clarity Session · £150

Ninety minutes, you and me, talking about your room like two people who find this genuinely thrilling — because we do. You bring your heart’s desires, the Pinterest board, images of the thing you splurged on for the room that's not doing what you’d hoped and you can't say why. I bring thirty years of an overactive aesthetic brain, obsessive taste curation, a trained design eye and absolutely no judgement. You leave knowing what to do.

For the woman standing in a space she doesn't quite know how to fix, who'd like someone with the eye to just tell her. No big commitment. No velvet rope. The easiest yes on the page (wink).

100% design. 0% building site.

Somewhere along the way, "working with a designer" came to mean a year of your life, a team of strangers, and a number that made your eyes water. But the part you actually want — the eye, the cultural fluency, the room that makes people stop in the doorway (the charming designer) — that part travels. It arrives in your inbox. The good bit, without the saga.

No. 02 — The Vision · £700for rooms that are almost there

You've done the hard part. The kitchen’s been installed, the shower is fitted, the sofa of your dreams is sitting pretty. The bones are there — and yet you walk in and it stays stubbornly at “ughhh… not quite what I was picturing”. That gap between nearly and oh is a real thing, and it's almost always the last layer. The Vision finds it.

For the woman who doesn't need the whole room rethought — she needs the final 20% that makes the other 80% make sense. The styling eye she knows she's missing, without the full commitment.

No. 03 — The Full Vision · From £1, 200 — one room, start to finish

Chef’s recommendation

This is the full package. We are really over-delivering here (and proudly).

The room, dreamed up and designed from scratch and handed to you finished — on screen, then in your hands, ready to make real. You tell me all about you, the space and the life that happens in it. I disappear for a few weeks and think about very little else. What comes back is a room you didn't know you could have.

No six-figure renovation. No months and months of back and forth. Just an incredibly chic and stylish room, completely realised and ready for its close-up. This is your new favourite place.

For the woman who wants the room done — not a moodboard she has to implement herself (won’t someone give her a rest?). Who'd rather see it before she spends anything, and then only spend once.

The investment: from £1,200 for a single room, one render. £1,400–£1,500 for open-plan, large, complex or through-rooms that need zoning and two perspective renders. Price confirmed before a thing begins — no meters running, no surprises.

The revision covers the small, practical things (paint issues, key furnishings out of stock, etc) — not a change of concept. The concept is built around you from the very start.

No. 04 — The Full House · multi-room rates

The Full Vision, served across the full house — or the full holiday let. Every room considered as part of one story, so the place hangs together instead of feeling like several separate ideas. Like any good set menu, it's better value than ordering room by room — and the more rooms you add, the more the rate comes down. Especially good for the characterful Airbnb that would rather be talked about, photographed and rebooked than scrolled straight past.

Bundled discounts: two rooms 10%, three rooms 15%, four or more 20%.

For the client doing a whole home on a real-but-not-limitless budget, or the holiday-let owner who wants buzz and bookings.

No. 05 — The Twin Palms Studio Experience by arrangement · Norfolk & Suffolk

Interior design served with limited availability and a large portion of Lucy.

Me, in your home. Hands on, in person, room by room — the design, the technical drawings, the finishes, the furnishing, the styling, all of it, with me there making it happen. The most complete and personal way we can work together. I don't knock down walls; I make what's inside them unforgettable.

Taking on only a handful of clients at a time.

Taste is non-negotiable. Grey may be judged. Every room is served with a strong point of view.
